Boudoir Femme provides the content and products available on this website to you subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the Boudoir Femme website, you acknowledge that you have read, you understand and agree, without limitation, to be bound by these terms and conditions. Acceptance of these terms and conditions does not affect your statutory rights.
Accuracy of information
We endeavour to be as accurate as possible when describing products on this website; subject to applicable law however, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours or other content on this website are accurate or error-free.
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address email@example.com.
The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify Boudoir Femme immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Prices shown on the Site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable.
1.1. Please browse our website and click on the item/s you wish to buy which will then be placed in your shopping basket. After you have finished selecting the item/s you wish to purchase you will need to provide us with a few details in order for us to fulfil your order. Once you have provided and confirmed your payment details, you have agreed to purchase the product/s at the prices indicated inclusive of the delivery charges that apply to that/those product/s.*
1.2. You will automatically be sent an order confirmation to the email stated at the time of purchase. Please ensure your email details are correct & up to date. Your order will be processed if the item you have chosen is in stock & payment has been approved.
1.3. If the item is out of stock at the time of ordering we will notify you by email, you will not be charged and your order will be cancelled.
1.4. You may also place orders over the phone during store opening hours on 01223 323000 Mon-Friday 10.00-5.30pm (Wed 10.30-5.30pm), Saturday 10.00-5.30pm.
1.5. Please note that we do not accept postal cheques for orders placed over the phone or on the website.
1.6. FIRST10 discount is not available on any sale or discounted items.
* Due to the prohibited goods act it is not possible to ship perfume outside the UK (including Northern Ireland).
2.1. Postage charges are applied per order and are charged at the following:
2.2. UK (Excluding the Channel Islands) £5.00 Royal Mail "signed for". Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays.
2.3. Europe £10.00 Royal Mail International Signed For. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
2.4. International £15.00 Royal Mail International Signed For. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for delivery.
2.5. Free UK Delivery promotions are available on orders of £50 or over and within the UK only. Orders are sent by Royal Mail "signed for". Please allow 1-3 days for delivery not including weekends or bank holidays. Free UK delivery is not available on sale items.
2.6. Click & Collect is free and can be selected on check out and you will be emailed to confirm your item is ready for collection usually on the same day.
2.7. Orders will be delivered to your chosen address & all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. If the weight of your order exceeds 2Kg there may be additional postage charges, if so you will be contacted by email.
2.8. Import duty or tax costs where applicable will be invoiced to you directly from your carrier once your order arrives in its country of destination. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

3.1. We hope you are entirely happy with your purchase from Boudoir Femme's on line store. However if you wish to return an item please first notify the store at email@example.com or by telephone on 01223 323000 within 48 hours of receiving your order with the reason for wishing to return the item.
3.2. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving your order. Cancellation must be confirmed and notified to us in writing (email) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.3. All customers should return the item(s) via recorded delivery to the store, Boudoir Femme, 2 King Street, Cambridge , CB1 1LN. Please obtain a free certificate of posting for security reasons as Boudoir Femme can not be held responsible for items lost in the post that have not been sent via a trackable method.
3.4. In the event of return, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labeling attached. New and unused means that items have not been worn, there are no marks on the item or wear on the tags and the item has been returned to us in its saleable condition.
3.5. Upon receipt of an order we advise all customers to check items thoroughly before removing any attached tags as we cannot accept returns where tags have been removed or are missing. Any items that arrive without a tag we ask that you notify the store on receipt.
3.6. Each item will be checked on receipt & Boudoir Femme will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed. For reasons of hygiene & safety, returns/exchanges on lingerie, pierced earrings or toiletries cannot be accepted.
3.7. Returning any item from this website will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order.
3.8. In the event of cancellation of your order we will refund the purchase price to you. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your debit or credit card.
